Multiplayer Video Poker Game

I’m looking for an already built multiplayer browser based / mobile compatible poker game. It must support rooms as well and users need to be able to join tables to play. The players need to have the option to stream video and audio if they want from their computer or mobile devices so that others can see them. Also I’m looking for a base game to get started than I need new features added to the game. Also please don’t ask me what my budget is - I would like you to bid with your cost. Thx
