Horror Survival VR Game Development

I'm looking for an experienced VR game developer to create a horror-themed survival game for Oculus 2, Oculus 3, and Oculus 3S. The game should be immersive and terrifying, pushing players to their limits. This game will have keycards, lockable doors through button and keycard, security cameras and monitors, it will have monsters that chase you, it will have a map that is already provided that I have created myself, it will have an item shop and I want it to be online with 10 different server buttons that transport you to other peoples games. I want the monsters to have scary sounds that play when it chases you, plus when it gets you, you get jump scared and you respawn back in the office, myself and only me I want to have complete admin powers that allow me to fly, tap people and it kicks them, and and make other people float with ONLY MY hand movement I want buttons that control this in the lobby where everyone spawns, but the controls ONLY APPEAR FOR ME. Also, I want this game to have it where you run with your arms like in gorilla tag
