High Graphic free roam skate board game

I am looking for someone who can develop a high quality 3d free roam skate boarding game similar to the game "true skate". i work with a team of people who are specialists in marketing so we are looking for someone who is prepared to develop the game free of charge but will then receive 35% of the profits once the game is released onto the IOS and google play store. My marketing team have pulled in on average £3000 per month from other games so this would give you £1050 every month for the first 12 months.
