Game designer (NOT Graphic Designer)

I'M NOT looking for game developer (programmer) or graphic designer (artist).

We just launched our first title on iOS and Android, after we validate the game and got some organic downloads, we want to enhance the game to next level.

we are looking for part-timer talent to help in the following:

-Enhance the game design (monetization)
-Game economy
-Improve the game mechanics.
-Level design.
-Game balancing and playtesting.
-Analytics/Statistics.
-Consultation.
