Game design help

I am working on a new multiplayer game in the same genre as dominations and clash of clans. Looking for an experienced game developer/designer who will help me design and test the game. A basic version of the game is deployed on the appstore and has a couple hundred users. My goal is now to add monetization features and scale up the game. Looking for someone who has experience and a strong interest in this type of work. The work will involve reviewing my designs, giving me feedback, and helping test the game. There is no development work at the moment, just design, testing and monetization. I am looking for a detail oriented, trustworthy person who will stick through the next few months until the monetization takes off. Part of the work will also be helping me acquire customers and scaling that up.

This project is not highly paid at the moment. But if you are willing to put in the work to help me monetize the game, you can expect significantly better paying projects coming up later this year. Happy to share more details to interested folks.
