Game design documents- monster experience and shopping cart

I have a game well advanced by now with a lot of characters designed.
I need someone to help me with game design documents in respect of Experience/evolving of monsters and how much they should be gaining from battles.
I also need help with how much coins/crystals will we getting from battles and how should I set up my in game shop.
