Game Template Design

I am looking for a 2D Platformer game template designed with a cartoonish art style. I have a specific theme in mind for the game and I would like the designer to incorporate it into the template. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing game templates, specifically 2D Platformers, and should have expertise in creating cartoonish art styles. The designer should be able to provide me with a prototype of the game template before we proceed with the final design.
