Game Programmer needed for (2D/3D game?) maybe (2D) (Canadians apply only)

I'm an Artist, I do everything but program. This is a work for hire job, so you must agree in writing that your doing this for money and I hold the copyright 100% , work for Hire or I'm not interested. You also must agree to finish the game till the end if you take the job on. The programming part shouldn't be that difficult. This isn't a partnership, you'd be for hire.. I have experience with RPG Maker MV. I just finished my first game.. I would like to make an RPG. Potentially 3D mixed with 2D like Elder Scrolls Arena. Or maybe a game like Diablo 2 top down isometric. Who knows.. Not sure the idea yet. Just want to get started on a new game and I need a programmer, I'm hoping to network online. You tell me the size of the art I need to make, and what part to start with. I send you my art, you send me an exe file with folders .zip to test. And we go back and forth till we get it right. This could be a longer term project, requiring a lot of work. And I need time to make the art. I was thinking of hand painting it. All I want you to do is program. I make everything else. No rush. We'd need to discuss it first. I make 1400 a month to pay wages with. Wage Negotiable..
