Game Designer and Producer for Climate Guardians

We are currently working on an WEB3 video game design.
The idea of the game is to connect fun game mechanics to a real world problem - the deforestation of that the amazon rainforest. The character should defend the amazon rain forest from bulldozers who want to clear the area. More info and a "Pre-GDD" in the next step.
We are looking for an experienced expert game designer and producer who has created a couple of games in different roles and who can help us to
- create a viable project plan (short, mid and long term)
- carry out budget estimations (short, mid and long term) for development, marketing...
- helps to create a game design document for game design studio
- oversees Art and Game Dev activities for the prototype
- is interested in a long term collab to work as our Producer with a studio
