VR Game Designer

Looking for a game designer to join our team and complete a project that is currently in the alpha stage.
We are a virtual reality company developing a new VR title https://www.universus.world/
Responsibilities:
Work with Artist, and Engineering team to help define the product vision for our core systems.
Assist in designing gameplay systems that support the vision and pillars of the game.
Tune and balance gameplay systems based on internal and external playtesting and real-world data.
Strong communication skills and clear design documentation skills.
Able to design game systems, individual gameplay features & player progressions.
Understanding of design concepts and principles.
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and organization skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Excellent attention to detail.
Capable of working independently and in team environments.
