GTA V Skin/Model converted into GTA:SA -- 2

Well basically it should be simple and it really shouldn't cost too much to do, I need a certain character model/skin in the game Grand Theft Auto V converted to work on the game Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. It's basically skin modding, the skin model should be HD and nicely done(smooth model). I assume some rigging needs to be done but not 100% sure as I'm not really a modder myself.
