Experienced Unreal Engine Game designer

I'm a very experienced game-developer looking for a great gameplay designer. While I'm fairly new on Upwork, I've used other platforms to hire many people! I have over 10 years experience making AAA games, but yearn to make a different type of game, deeper, more character and story driven. Games that take you to a deep part of yourself.

The intention is to make the entire game, but starting with 8 levels of a 70 odd level 3D game made with Unreal Engine. Think portal, meets Ori, meets a brilliant deep and dark comedy. I have the game structure, setting, and characters laid out. I am working on character design, art director and animation with a few different people. What I need from you is to design great gameplay that compliments the story.
I understand that I may not get the most experienced gameplay designers here, but if you are hungry, eager to learn and open to getting stuck into solving the complex problems that come with game design, then we will make it work
