Exaggerated 3D Game Assets

We are developing a competitive online mobile game similar in graphic style to Walk Master but with horizontal screen,
We need a designer who can create:
10 cartoon-style 3D characters (funny, cute, and exaggerated animations).
Cartoon environment (race track with obstacles, traps, and fun interactive elements).
Assets should be optimized for Unity and mobile devices.
Style reference: Walk Master (funny, cartoonish, colorful).
Requirements:
Experience in 3D character modeling and rigging (cartoon style).
Experience in environment design for games.
Deliver files in a format compatible with Unity (FBX, textures, animations).
Ability to create fun and exaggerated animations (walk, run, jump, hitting, etc.).
Please include your portfolio (previous cartoon/3D works).
