Digital Life Game Development

I'm looking to create a compelling digital "life" game that provides players an engaging user experience. After contemplating the type of features that will fully engross players in the game, I've concluded the following to be key:
- Character customization: Each student in the beginning should be able to customize their character to be a boy or a girl. They should be able to placed in a car and the car should be able to drive around the board. The car should also have the ability to add a spouse as well as add children.
The spinner on the game of life needs to be able to digitally spin
Key Customization Element:
- Physical Appearance Customization: The specific focus here will be on clothing and accessories. The ability for players to alter these aspects will be critical.
I am seeking a freelancer with expertise in game design and development, particularly in character design and customization facets. Experience with similar projects and the ability to create detailed and customizable accessories and clothing for game characters will be considered a strong advantage.
