I need a fully-realised uranium mine for Minecraft 1.21.1 set up in the world I’ll supply at the link below. The build must feel impressive yet practical—think industrial scaffolding, conveyor belts and ore crushers powered by the Create ecosystem—while still looking beautiful when explored in Spectator or Survival.

Scope of work
• Design and construct the mine itself: surface facility, lift shaft, branching tunnels and processing area.
• Assemble functional machinery with Create that visually crushes, washes and stores uranium ore.
• Integrate the Create Nuclear blocks so the ore you see matches the mod’s items and textures.
• Add decor—pipes, gauges, warning signs, maybe a glowing coolant pool—so the entire site feels alive even when no player is present.
• Implement an automatic ore-regeneration system: any uranium vein broken by a player should respawn exactly one real-time hour later. A datapack, command-block clock or lightweight plugin is fine so long as it works on a vanilla-plus Forge/Fabric server running these mods.
• Package everything as a ready-to-drop-in world folder (or schematic plus datapack) with a short README explaining installation and the regeneration mechanic.

Acceptance criteria
1. World loads in Minecraft 1.21.1 with the listed mods only; no missing block errors.
2. All decorative and mechanical sections are accessible in Survival with clear signage.
3. Breaking uranium ore triggers a timer; ore reappears after 60 minutes without manual intervention.
4. No lag spikes: average TPS above 18 on a modest server.
