Custom Chess PGN Viewer with Beautiful Randomly generated particle physics effects and playback synchronisation to music/bpm

Hi there, I'm hoping to get a quote for a custom PGN File viewer to use to show games on my youtube channel. A chess PGN is basically a record of the moves of a game. The key difference from existing PGN File Viewers will be that the main focus of the viewer will be on creating very aesthetic randomly generated particle effects with each move to make the chess gameplay look beautiful, and boost engagement.
The program or web app needs to be able to successfully import, play PGN files and generate outstanding looking effects on both the pieces and their movement paths, as well as fluid movement animations.
Another feature I would like would be able to automatically synchronise the playback of the gameplay moves with music. This could be as simple as allowing the user to input the BPM of a song, which will then play back the moves in time with that BPM (ie; on the first beat of the bar or every strong beat). Hopefully that also gives the impression the particles are timed with the music, too. There may be better ways to do this.
