Create concept map for game design

Hello, I'm looking for someone to create a concept map for a game that I'm designing. The game can be an action/adventure/educational game with an interesting background story and characters. In terms of the type of concept map, it should be hierarchical and include a parking lot and descriptive links as well as use of shape and colour. What the concept map should show however is Level Design, which includes key elements like level size, difficulty, objectives, enemy spawn points and other details that can help to define the game environment. In addition, the map should include information on characters, assets and themes. I'm also open to anything the freelancer would suggest.
