Create A Game From A Hardcopy Training Program

I have pdfs and audio files for a training and testing product called The Zone. I don't know if it's possible but I would like to have someone try. I'll attach the Skills training book and the Proctor Guide and a few of the audio files. If you are very creative maybe you can find a way to make it more in date with current trends and maybe the cloud or something. Tell me what you would do, a sample of this product would get my attention not must talk.
