Convert a Unity project of an online cabinet maker from the built-in pipeline to the URP pipeline in order to improve rendering

We have an existing project of a software that is developed with unity. It is in beta stadium and it allows to create furnitures.
Now we consider to engage a company in order to continue the project and maintain the software.
As a test of your expertise we have following task:
The render pipeline should be changed to URP pipeline.
Furthermore we want to see the rendering of a few materials,
mainly glass, white colour and a few existing textures.
(The final software should support common browser, Win1X, MacOSX, Android and iOS.
This should be considered in the project, if it is relevant.)
