Comprehensive Minecraft Modpack Development

I'm seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Minecraft modpack developer for an engaging project. My vision combines Adventure, Technical, and Magic mods to create a unique gameplay experience.
I know the primary mods I want to have are: Create (with sub mods like Steam n rails), Mekanism, Chipped, Mystical agriculture, custom biomes, and Minecolonies if possible. But the absolute primary focus is performance, the pack needs to have absolute streamline performance as far as Minecraft can be optimized with mods. Anyways, thank you for your help. EXTRA: If possible, I'd appreciate if the freelancer can do things like make a custom main menu screen for the pack.
