Building board card game

I have idea to do a board card game, I prepared a sample for it.
Now to start production in china they asked me a prototype ( material- sizes- weight-…etc ) and I don’t have those actually.
I need help to do all those in a prototype pdf, so they start production.
I want someone help me with sizes and high quality designs file so they can print, i will upload everything i have so its can help
