Build a spin the wheel game with a back end and customer database

Developer requirements
I’m looking for a developer who can create a token based game for me.
The game will need to be integrated into a banking app and website as a customer loyalty scheme.
The banks customers will win tokens and these tokens will be loaded on to their account so they have a chance at winning prizes.
The game will need to have a wheel with different colours and options for customers to win different prizes.
We need also need a backend customer database where we can store the different customer ID numbers, but with different accounts for each client.
We will also need to be able to create new databases easily for each of our new clients.
The back end platform should be able to let us import customer data easily and automatically set up customer account with their first name and ID number and to add a token to the account.
When a customer data is imported the back end needs to be able to differentiate when an account has already been created and when one needs to be created. If the account has already been created a token will need to be added if not an account need to be created AND a token added
We should also be able to export data easily so customer transactions can be reported in a graph.
The game itself is a relatively simple spin the wheel game where customers have the opportunity to press a button and have a chance at winning a prize.
When customer information is added to the database there needs to be an alert on their banking app that they are eligible for a token and the reason why they are eligible.
Once eligible the icon on their banking app will allow then to spin the wheel.
If a customer wins they are notified on the banking app that they have won and how to claim their prize.
If they lose there will be a message saying sorry and a recommendation on how they can win more tokens.
The data that we will need to be exported will be confirmed during the development.
We will also need someone to do bi weekly maintenance on the platform so you must be available for this.
