Build me a roblox game

I would like a driving vehicle game with many many cars, motorbikes, planes, helicopters, and boats. I would like a huge map with different settings like a big city, lakes, rivers, mountains, farms, neighborhoods, and water (ocean). I also like the idea of being able to build your own house and decorate it with the furniture of your choice. Can you add traffic lights the change, signs, and speed cameras? With also a money system that increases when your drive around and work at jobs, oh yea could you also add different jobs?
