Build me a game like pokemon

My game should be based on pokemon where you can collect in game items that are rare and store it in your permanent inventory game should have monsters that can also be collectible.
I am looking for programmers who can make it 3D and if possible then use Unity 3D and make it with in app purchases and you will get extra 2000 if it is profitable
