Bingo app/game

I want to hire a developer who can make a BINGO online multiplayer game. No game characters or anything fancy like that. Just the old and simple Bingo app. Since I am a Ui/Ux designer myself I will hand everything you need in terms of design & what I need from you is your skillsets to make the design come to life (build the functions).
