Biblical Roblox Tower Defense
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m building a tower-defense experience in Roblox that retells key moments of Scripture through engaging gameplay. The core loop is familiar—waves of enemies, strategic tower placement, multiple difficulty tiers—but every visual, animation, and stat line needs to echo the Bible narrative.
What matters most to me is the character and unit design. Heroes, enemies, and defensive “towers” should be instantly recognisable as figures or items from the Old and New Testaments—think David with a sling, Elijah’s chariot of fire, or a fortified Wall of Jericho—while still fitting Roblox’s art style and performance constraints. I’ll supply lore notes, rough sketches, and balance ideas; you’ll turn them into fully scripted, animated, Roblox-ready assets.
Maps will recreate historical biblical scenes such as Goliath’s battlefield, the Parting of the Red Sea, and the Fall of Jericho. Expect environment storytelling: shifting sands, period-accurate props, dynamic weather effects that tie into certain waves, and background NPCs that reference the story without disrupting play.
Currencies, upgrade trees, enemy AI, wave logic, UI flow, datastores, and monetisation hooks will be shared once we open the doc, but plan on standard Lua scripting in Roblox Studio with ModuleScripts for clean separation of systems. I’m fine with open-source libraries if licenses allow.
To move forward, please send a detailed project proposal outlining:
• your approach to translating my unit list into rigged, animated models
• how you’ll build historically grounded maps that run smoothly on low-end devices
• milestones for prototyping, art pass, gameplay polish, and final optimisation
• any prior Roblox or Lua tower-defense work (links or place IDs welcome)
I’ll review proposals, select someone, and then transfer full design docs and asset lists so we can start sprint planning right away.
