Android/iOS Kess Game Remake

I need an experienced mobile game developer to help me recreate the Kess game with a fresh, modern touch for both Android and iOS platforms. While the game mechanics should generally remain similar to the original version, your creativity in adding unique and contemporary elements is highly encouraged.
(btw is freelancer.com paying attention to how absurd the ai generated descriptions are ? i had to delete all the nonsense and edit it, adding extra time wastage)
the kess game (currently on kessgame.com for android and ios) but this version is different and very simple:
This is two people playing on the same device, such as a tablet or phone. they are not on two phones, but on same device, basically they are using it like a actual physical game board, two persons sitting opposite each other, using the tablet or phone as a game board. No login is needed.
Just like in the usual kess game, each player gets 5 moves , then other person gets 5 moves. when an enemy piece is encircled on 3 sides (please see how to video on site), that site bursts into fire and burns.
Rules are simple: user can move pieces only forward , backward , side ways but NOT diagonally. Each player tries to encircle the enemy's one piece on three sides.
Game pieces will be tanks, I will provide the tank graphics.
Please do not send AI (artificial idiocy) generated replies, it impresses no one. Just be an intelligent human, because it is real humans paying you, not 'AI'.
