I need a game developer.

I am new to developing. But, I would really want a video game that is cross platform. I don't want to copy FortNite, but I would like a shooting game sort of like that. I don't want a game that is bloody, but a game that is animated where you can buy items and such. I would also like some sort of a "party" system where you can join a friends party and talk with them and play together. I would like a map with many different towns, and spots you could get guns and medicine from to heal yourself when in need. I do NOT want it to be a mobile game! I would like PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and other consoles.
