Short 2D PC Video Game Development

I'm looking for a game developer to create a short 2D video game for PC, reminiscent of the classic Mario Bros style. The primary objective for the player in this game will be to reach the end point.
Key Requirements:
- 2D Game Development: Proven experience in creating engaging 2D video games.
- PC Development: The game must be tailored for PC users, with controls solely based on the keyboard.
- Level Design: Creative level design is essential to keep the game challenging yet enjoyable.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong understanding of game mechanics and player engagement strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and refine the game during the development process.
The video game was designed by an 8-year-old girl and consists of 5 very short levels.
Attached is a storyboard, detailed instructions on (simple) interactions will follow once the project is assigned.
