Logitech Joystick Mapping

I want to map my Logitech mouse’s “wheel” (now used to move forward and backward in street view) to my Logitech Extreme 3d pro joystick. This will allow me to move forward and backward in Google Earth Pro street view using my joystick. Please see attached image.
