Build me a tailored Pacman game

I have seen all over the net the coding for the PacMan game but I can't code it to my liking.

I want to have a series of arcade game in which the hero and collectible object relates like the crypto token of my community.

For the PacMan game, the idea is to have the Drip, the Pigs, the Dogs token and the hero could be Pacman or Invader Zim (the green guy).

I want the game to be played on Telegram.
