Emergency Response Gameboard Design

I need a specialized gameboard designed for critical incidents, primarily for emergency response coordination. This board will be used in scenarios requiring real-time updates and resource allocation.
Key Features:
- Real-time updates: The board should reflect the current status of the incident as it unfolds.
- Resource allocation: It should help in efficiently distributing resources where they are needed most.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience in designing tactical or strategic gameboards.
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols.
- Ability to integrate real-time data updates into a physical or digital board.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and represent resource allocation visually.
The board will be a HealthCare Edition and a closely second design for Education Each will need 5-6 scenario sections as shown in the attached pic. The pic requires some spelling corrections, and minor redesign
