Convert CAD Designs to G-code

Job ID: 40334633

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have a set of designs—some are 2D drawings, others full 3D reliefs—originally built in ArtCAM (and easily exported to common formats like DXF, DWG, or STL). I now need precise, collision-free G-code so I can load the job straight onto my CNC router.

Your role is to take the source files, generate optimised toolpaths, and return code that respects my machine’s limits on spindle speed, feed rate, and work envelope (I’ll pass those specs over as soon as we start). If you see any geometry that could cause chatter, excessive step-over, or crashes, please point it out first so we can tweak it before final output.

When you reply, include examples of past work converting similar 2D or 3D files into G-code—that portfolio will be my main basis for selection.

Deliverables
• Clean, ready-to-run G-code for each part
• A brief note on the tools, speeds, and feeds you chose
• A simulation screenshot or report confirming the paths are error-free and within my machine’s envelope

Once everything checks out in simulation, I’ll load the code and take it from there.
