Therapy Bench - DWG Nesting to NC Conversion
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I already have a fully-nested Fusion 360 drawing in DWG format and need it converted into a production-ready NC program for my CNC router cutting plywood. Your task is to generate clean G-code that includes the right tool selections, safe and efficient toolpaths, accurate feed and speed settings for plywood, plus automatic bridging tabs so none of the parts break free during the run. The CNC machine we use is manufactured by Multicam and our post processor is Massif.
You’ll receive the DWG file, the plywood specifications, bit details, and any other machining parameters you need as soon as we start. All programming shall be done directly in Fusion 360 so I can review and simulate it on my end before we head to the shop floor.
Deliverables
• Final NC / G-code file ready for the router
• Fusion 360 CAM setup file (matching the code)
• Short report outlining tool numbers, spindle speed, feed rate, pass depths, and tab strategy
I’ll test the program in simulation and on a scrap sheet; payment releases once the cut completes smoothly with parts held securely and dimensions within tolerance. Looking forward to working with someone who knows plywood routing inside out.
