Slotted Slider Mechanism Design
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 INR
I need a professional mechanical/product design engineer to design a slotted slider ON/OFF mechanism specifically for an RCCB (Residual Current Circuit Breaker).
Requirements:
> 2D CAD drawings with full dimensions and tolerances
> 3D CAD model (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Creo preferred)
> Exploded view + assembly drawings
> Motion/animation showing ON/OFF sliding operation
> Deliverables in STEP, IGES, STL, and DWG formats
> Slot travel length approx. 25 mm (I will provide rough sketches and reference dimensions)
> Material suggestion (ABS, Nylon, or suitable engineering plastic)
> Prototype-ready design (guidance for 3D printing or CNC machining is a plus)
Expectations:
> Experience in switchgear / circuit breaker mechanism design is preferred
> Please share similar past work samples ast work samples
> Mention estimated time & cost for design
