EV Scooter Body CAD Modeling
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a fully-featured 3D model of an electric scooter body, delivered as a single STEP file. I already have a full set of reference photos from every angle, but no measured drawings, so you will be extracting proportions and adding realistic wall thicknesses, mounting bosses, hinge points, light housings, cable runs and all other external and internal features that a production-ready shell would require.
Although I’m supplying only images, accuracy is essential; dimensions must feel production-grade so the file can go straight to engineering for review. Surface quality, parting lines and filleting should reflect real-world manufacturability for plastic body panels (injection or vacuum-formed).
You’re free to use SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, Fusion 360 or any other professional CAD platform as long as the final export opens flawlessly in STEP AP214/AP242. Please maintain a fully parametric tree so future edits remain possible.
Acceptance criteria
• STEP file imports without errors
• Visual match to reference images from all viewpoints
• Consistent wall thickness and assembly clearances suitable for prototyping
• Separate bodies or layers for each detachable panel
