Quick Casting Simulation on Fusion 360

I have a project that needs to be completed within 5 days.
Project 1 – Casting Simulation (Fusion 360)
The CAD model is already created. The remaining work includes the complete casting design, simulation, optimization, and final report.
Required tasks:
1. Review and finalize the CAD model.
- Verify fillets, holes, and solid geometry.
2. Casting Blank Design
- Select and justify the Parting Plane.
- Apply a Draft Angle (approximately 2°).
- Decide which holes will be cast using cores and which will be machined later.
- Evaluate fillet radii and wall thickness variations.
3. Material Selection
- Select an appropriate casting material and justify the choice.
4. Pattern Design
- Apply shrinkage allowance.
- Define core prints if required.
5. Thermal Analysis
- Divide the component into thermal zones.
- Identify critical sections and hot spots.
- Calculate or estimate thermal modulus where necessary.
6. Riser Design
- Select riser location.
- Determine riser dimensions.
- Verify feeding capability.
7. Gating System Design
- Design Sprue, Runner, and Gate.
- Justify gate location and dimensions.
8. Casting Simulation in Fusion 360
- Filling Analysis.
