Production-Ready 3D Model Design

I have a component ready to move from concept into manufacturing and need a clean, fully-parametric CAD model built in either SolidWorks or Fusion 360. The part must be dimensionally accurate and include all features required for machining or injection-moulding, but I don’t need every cosmetic fillet—moderate, production-oriented detailing is perfect.

I will supply reference sketches and critical dimensions; you return the native CAD file plus a neutral STEP file that my manufacturer can open without issue. In your proposal, walk me through the modelling approach you plan to use, any design considerations you’ll verify (tolerances, draft angles, wall thickness, etc.), and how you’ll handle revisions before final sign-off.
