Precision CAD Model from 3D Scan

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
I need CAD/CAM exclusively, no rhino, no blender... etc!
I will provide a high-resolution mesh generated from a laser scan together with a full photo set of the part. The goal is to reverse-engineer this data into an accurate, fully parametric solid suitable for prototyping. every surface and feature needs to match the scan within ±0.1 mm where practical, with clean fillets, proper draft where visible in the photos, and no loose or non-manifold geometry.
You are free to work in SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Fusion 360, CATIA or any comparable package, as long as the end result is a watertight, editable solid. I will check the finished model against the original point cloud before sign-off, so please maintain a sensible, editable feature tree rather than a single imported body.
Deliverables
• Native CAD file with full feature tree
• STEP and IGES exports ready for production
