PCB Design for LED Driver Module – 48 V Horticultural Lighting

Job ID: 39715167

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I'm looking for an experienced PCB designer to create a robust single-channel LED driver board for horticultural lighting. This board will use a 48 V DC supply and a Mean Well NLDD-350H constant-current driver to power approximately 80 Bridgelux 2835 LEDs, totaling around 15 W.

Key Requirements:
- Input protection: fuse, TVS, thermal cutoff, optional LTC4367 protection IC.
- Per-string fusing: 1 A per output line.
- Connectors: JST for input and LED outputs.
- Dimming via panel-mount potentiometer to NLDD-350H DIM input.
- Additional features: test points, silkscreen labels, mounting holes for standoffs, solid ground plane, proper creepage/clearance, compliance-ready layout (EN 55015, FCC Part 15, UL/CE safety, RoHS).

Deliverables:
- Complete schematic (editable).
- PCB layout (Gerbers, drill files, fab ready).
- BOM with specified parts and alternates.
- Fusion 360 source file for in-house revisions.

Housing size constraints:
- PCB width: 45–60 mm (max 70 mm).
- Length: up to 550 mm.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in PCB design with a strong understanding of safety standards.
- Proficiency in schematic capture, PCB layout (Gerber file generation), and BOM creation.
- Experience with Fusion 360 and familiarity with horticultural lighting applications.

Please include a detailed project proposal in your application.
