Mechanical Product Designer (SolidWorks/Fusion 360) for Mini ATM / Financial Kiosk

Project Description

We are developing a compact Mini ATM / Financial Services Kiosk and are looking for an experienced mechanical product designer to create a production-ready enclosure design.

Scope of Work

Design a compact floor-standing Mini ATM enclosure with the following components:

* ICT Cash Dispenser (model details will be provided)
* Android Tablet Display
* POS Terminal
* Biometric Fingerprint Scanner
* Thermal Receipt Printer
* Power Supply and Internal Wiring
* Lockable Service Access Door
* Ventilation/Openings as required

Design Requirements

* Modern and premium appearance
* Height approximately 850–900 mm
* Width approximately 750 mm
* Main body to be fabricated from sheet metal
* Front fascia to be designed for vacuum forming (ABS/Plastic)
* Easy access for servicing and maintenance
* Internal mounting brackets for all devices
* Proper cable management and routing
* Stable and robust structure suitable for retail environments

Deliverables

* Complete 3D CAD Model (SolidWorks or Fusion 360)
* Sheet Metal Manufacturing Drawings
* Laser Cutting DXF Files
* Bending Drawings
* Vacuum-Formed Front Fascia Design
* Internal Assembly Drawings
* Exploded View Assembly
* Bill of Materials (BOM)
* STEP files and source CAD files
