Mechanical Part Prototype Fabrication

I am already at the prototype-fabrication stage for a mechanical part and need a CAD professional who can move my concept into full manufacturing readiness. The work centres on refining the existing 3D model, checking tolerances, and preparing clear, shop-floor drawings so the component can roll straight into production without rework.

You will take my current files, clean up the geometry in SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or a comparable platform, and apply solid DFM principles—proper wall thicknesses, draft angles, fillet sizes, and realistic material call-outs. I also value your insight on machining or other fabrication methods, as the design still needs a final pass to ensure cost-effective manufacturing.

Deliverables
• Native CAD file with updated parametric model
• STEP/IGES export for CAM
• Fully dimensioned 2D drawing with tolerances, materials and surface-finish notes
• Brief fabrication notes highlighting the best production process and any critical checks
