Liquid Detergent Vending Machine CAD
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a clear concept for a compact, sheet-metal vending machine that dispenses liquid laundry detergents inside apartment buildings, and I need a mechanical designer who can turn these requirements into production-ready CAD.
Core layout
• Envelope: 160 cm H × 70 cm W × 60 cm D, built entirely from 1.5 mm stainless steel.
• Base compartment must hold four 20 L Cubitainers on a single level, so plan the internal frame and door swing around that footprint.
• Control panel sits at 113 cm; it’s inclined 15 ° upward and needs laser-cut openings for a 26 × 17 cm touchscreen and a 10.5 × 14 cm PAX IM30 payment terminal.
• Dispensing niche starts 75 cm from the floor and measures 40 × 35 × 25 cm (W × H × D). Integrate three separate nozzles in the niche ceiling, spaced 10 cm apart.
• I want built-in LED lighting and a removable spill tray inside the niche for easy cleanup.
Design intent
All parts must be modeled for laser cutting and bending, with bend allowances and K-factors set for 1.5 mm stainless. Keep fastener access and serviceability in mind: technicians should swap containers and service pumps without dismantling the frame.
Deliverables (mandatory)
1. Native Fusion 360 (.f3d) or STEP assembly with fully parametric parts
2. 1 : 1 DXF flat patterns for every sheet-metal piece
3. PDF drawings showing overall assembly, detailed views, and bending angles
4. Complete bill of materials, including fasteners, hinges, seals, pumps, and lighting strips
5. Transfer of all intellectual property to me upon final payment
