Fusion 360 Van Fit-Out

I need a complete, CNC-ready plywood interior for a Volkswagen Transporter T6 LWB designed in Fusion 360. The brief covers only the living area with integrated storage units and a sleeping platform, all engineered from 18 mm birch ply. Think modern, minimalist lines: clean façades, flush joins, and nothing fussy—every millimetre must be optimised for weight, strength and flat-pack nesting.

Key technical notes you must respect
• Parts will be cut on a CNC and post-processed in VCarve, so supply flat patterns as DXF R12/R14 and ensure every profile is tool-friendly.
• Include 40 × 40 mm hinge rebates wherever folding panels need articulation.
• Parametric modelling is essential; I often tweak ply thickness or hardware and need quick updates.
• Dog-bone fillets, datum points and part names must be present so the workshop can go straight from file to machine without redrawing.

Deliverables (for this paid test)
- Fully constrained Fusion 360 model of the living & sleeping modules.
- Nested DXF packs ready for VCarve import.
- A brief PDF showing assembly order and any critical fasteners/hardware.

Acceptance criteria
1. All parts fit within the T6 LWB factory geometry; clearance checked against published VW data.
2. No toolpaths under 3 mm radius, pockets cut with a single 6 or 10 mm bit.
3. Zero collision in the hinge movements and folding beds.
4. Files open error-free in both Fusion 360 (latest build) and VCarve Pro 12.
