Fusion 360 Three-Wheeler CAD model of chassis and body panels
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to move an electric three-wheeler from prototype to manufacturing and need a Fusion 360 expert who can give me fabrication-ready files. The job covers both 2D drawings and a fully detailed 3D model — complete with all assemblies, individual parts and accurate sheet-metal features — so my fabricator can cut, bend and weld with zero guesswork as per the drawings.
You’ll start from an hardware prototype sketches and reference dimensions, then build a parametric chassis frame and matching body panels in Fusion 360. I’ll rely on you to set correct material thicknesses, K-factors and bend radii, and to organize the design in a clear browser tree so revisions stay simple.
Deliverables
• Native Fusion 360 file with assemblies, components and joints
• Flat-pattern DXF files and bend tables for every sheet-metal part
• Dimensioned 2D manufacturing drawings (PDF and DWG)
• Basic rendered views for stakeholder review
• A BOM exported to Excel, listing materials and quantities
Acceptance criteria
– All parts fit together in the main assembly with zero interference checks flagged
– Flat patterns open error-free in a laser nesting program
– Drawings show critical GD&T and welding symbols where required
