Fusion 360 Smart Motorcycle Helmet Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am looking for a skilled Fusion 360 CAD designer to create a fully parametric 3D model of a smart motorcycle helmet that will be used for 3D printing. The helmet must be ergonomically designed to accurately fit a human head, with no visor (front area left open), and an overall envelope of approximately 400 mm front length and 500 mm side length. The design must integrate hidden internal enclosures for electronics, including a chin compartment for a GoPro-sized webcam and a concealed rear compartment that can hold a Raspberry Pi 4B, Arduino Uno, GPS module, buzzer, and additional small components with generous space rather than tight fitting. All wiring must be routed internally through dedicated channels so that no wires are visible externally. The model should include proper mounting clips or brackets for the Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and webcam, realistic helmet wall thickness, allowance for internal padding space, and an accessible method (such as a removable panel) to reach the rear electronics bay. Accurate CAD models of the Raspberry Pi 4B and Arduino Uno should be used for fitting. The final deliverable must include a clean, well-organized, fully parametric Fusion 360 file suitable for easy iteration and modification.
