Fusion 360 Sign Letters Modeling

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I have every letter of my sign already laid out to scale as vector artwork in a PDF. What I now need is the complete 3-D build so I can run the job on my Bambu lad H2D. Your task is to import the vector outlines into Fusion 360, extrude each profile to a uniform 25 mm, and split every letter into a front and a back panel that slide together in a classic “shoebox” fashion. Once the panels overlap, side walls must accept screws as the permanent mechanical fixing, so plan for clearance holes and matching bosses that line up perfectly when the parts are pushed home.

Because these parts will be printed in ASA, please keep overhang angles, wall thickness and cooling considerations in mind so the models are truly print-ready. When it’s finished I’ll need the native Fusion 360 file—with all bodies, joints and parameters intact—and separate STL files for each component, named logically for an easy tool-path setup in Bambu Studio.

Deliverables:
• Fusion 360 (.f3d) file with parametric timeline
• Clean, manifold STL of every front and back panel
• Simple assembly screenshot or exploded view so I can verify screw alignment before printing
