Fusion 360 Sandwich Panel Comparison -- 2
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a complete Fusion 360 simulation that pits two sandwich panel designs against each other: one with a hexagonal aluminium core, the other with a square aluminium core. Both panels use the same aluminium faces so the only variable is the internal cell geometry. The simulation must focus exclusively on load-bearing capacity under identical conditions; thermal or vibration behaviour is out of scope for this task.
The panels should be restrained with fixed edges to mimic a rigid support frame. I want the study to reveal maximum stress, peak displacement and overall safety factor for each geometry, clearly highlighting which core layout carries the greater load before failure.
Please provide the editable Fusion 360 files alongside a short PDF memo that explains:
• model assumptions and material properties used
