Fusion 360 3D Print Model
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a parametric 3D model created in Fusion 360 that I can send straight to my FDM printer. The part only requires a moderate level of detail: dimensional accuracy, fillets where they matter, and functional clearances for assembly, but no elaborate surface textures or cosmetic engravings. I’ll provide hand-sketches and key measurements as soon as we start; feel free to ask for any extra dimensions you may need.
Please keep the timeline tight and the workflow clean—use fully-defined sketches, named parameters for the critical dimensions, and sensible component grouping so I can make minor edits later without breaking the timeline. Once the design is complete, export a watertight STL that passes Fusion 360’s mesh integrity check and is ready for slicing at 0.20 mm layer height.
Acceptance criteria:
• Editable .f3d file with all parameters exposed
• Manifold STL under 300 × 300 × 300 mm build volume
• No mesh errors when imported into Orca or PrusaSlicer
Let me know your estimated turnaround and any questions you have about the form factor or intended print orientation.
