Fusion 360 Moving Parts Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m developing a new mechanical component and want the entire product design process handled in Fusion 360. The focus is on functional moving parts, so the model must reflect real-world clearances, tolerances, and assembly logic from the outset.
You’ll start by translating my hand sketches and dimensions into a parametric 3D model, then refine the geometry until every hinge, slider, or rotary joint moves freely without collision. Along the way I’ll be looking for suggestions that make the part easier—and cheaper—to machine or print.
When the model is final I’ll need production-ready files plus a quick walkthrough that shows how the mechanism operates inside Fusion 360.
Deliverables
• Native .f3d file with full timeline
• STEP export for manufacturing
• Exploded-view or motion study video (MP4 or GIF)
• Short PDF drawing pack with critical dimensions and tolerances
I’m ready to share reference sketches and target materials as soon as we start.
